How to use

HOW TO USE TSU-CAE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:

1. To apply, click REGISTER TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
2. Fill out your Email address, Given Name, Last Name and Password for creation of Account click “I have read and agreed to the Data Privacy Notice” and click Log in to register.
3. Fill out the Application Form with all the necessary information. Select your Classification for the uploading of necessary documents needed for each.
   1. Upload your photo with white background (Passport size).
   2. Upload your Form 138 (Grade 11 &/or 12 Report Card) or ALS Rating with GWA (Front and Back Page).
   3. Upload your NSO/PSA Birth Certificate.
   4. Upload your Certificate of Good Moral Character.
   5. Upload Income Tax Return of parents/Certificate of Indigency.
   6. Select your course and major (if applicable).
   7. Then fill out the necessary information. Personal Information, Permanent Address, Family Background, Educational Background and Other relevant Information. (It is important to use your current, valid and active E-mail address).
   8. Then click Submit application after filling out the necessary information. Strictly review all of your entered information before submitting it to Pre-Application.
4. You will receive a notification that you have successfully completed the pre-application for TSU-CAE. Once your application for TSU-CAE is verified, a test permit will be sent to your E-mail address after at least 4-5 working days (Tuesday to Friday).
5. You will receive your test permit thru email, or you may check it on your account once the Testing Staff verified your application then you have to print your test permit.
   Note:
    Only correctly and completely filled out forms will be processed.
   Do not create multiple accounts as these will cause delay in the processing of your application.

Who may apply for TSU-CAE:

You may apply to take the TSU-CAE, if;

1. You completed/are completing senior high school program.
2. You are a high school graduate on or before March 2015.
3. You are ALS certified eligible for admission to college.

Who may apply for TSU-CAE:

1. You must not have taken any college subject/s previously;
2. You must not be taking any college subject/s at present; and
3. Students enrolled in vocational courses or those not leading to a degree Program may apply for the TSU-CAE.

   • Digital image/Scanned 1.77 x 1.37 (Passport-size photo with name tag. (DELA CRUZ, JUANA CRUZ) with white background. (Pictures such as selfies and wearing sandos/ sleeveless and caps are not valid)
   • Digital image/Scanned front and back page of Form 138 Grade 11 (Report Card) with Final GWA.
   • Digital image/Scanned front page of PSA Birth Certificate.
   • Digital image/Scanned front page of Certificate of Good Moral Character indicating that the applicant is currently a Grade 12 Student this S.Y. 2023-2024.
   • Digital image/Scanned copy of Income Tax Return of parents/Certificate of Indigency.
   • Accomplished TSU-CAE Online Application Form.
   For SHS graduates (Graduated of 2018-2022)
   Online Application Documentary Requirements:

4. Where can we see our TSU-CAE permit?
   Answers:
